Experteer Overview

In this role you will guide multiple development teams through agile transformation with a strong Kanban focus. You will partner with engineers, product managers and leadership to design and sustain flow-based ways of working, increasing speed, predictability and team autonomy. You will help teams connect work to business goals and drive pragmatic, real-world agile practices. This position offers impact across international teams and a chance to shape our engineering culture.
