Responsibilities and Duties
- Take ownership of smaller projects and change requests within a Supply Chain environment, ensuring end-to-end delivery from a business perspective in close collaboration with IT counterparts (e.g., SAP Level 2 Support, IT Product Management).
- Create, update, and maintain documentation at both technical and user level related to implemented changes.
- Support and drive change management activities, ensuring clear communication across all relevant stakeholders and providing regular reporting to management.
- Lead and support end-user training activities for own and related initiatives.
- Provide hypercare support after go-live, track incidents, and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.
