TeacherActive is proud to be working with a SEMH School in Chesterfield who is looking for a full time Science teacher to join them on a temp to perm basis to start in September 2026 (Earlier start is negotiable).

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality lessons that engage the students
• Create a positive learning environment that supports children and young people's educational and personal growth
• Contribute to an environment where pupils and staff experience a positive and enriching school life.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience in teaching Science as a specialism
• A qualification in SEND education is desirable.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate children and young people.
