What the role is School of Engineering - Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager
What you will be working on - Provide integrated administrative, procurement and student development support to ensure efficient school operations and enhance student engagement outcomes.
- Provide guidance to academic staff on procurement and budgeting processes.
- Perform end-to-end procurement (e.g. Small Value Purchases, Invitation To Quote, Request For Quote, Direct Contracting, Invitation To Tender) in accordance with government procurement guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and support quality assurance audits with key stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate data repositories and records to support reporting, compliance and decision-making.
