**Pay:** $25 per hour **Schedule:** Monday–Friday (school or afterschool hours depending on placement) **Locations:** Multiple sites across California

**About the Role**

We are hiring dedicated Behavior Technicians to support students with behavioral, social, and academic needs. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with children and want hands-on experience in behavior support or education.

**Responsibilities**

+ Provide 1:1 or small-group behavioral support
+ Implement behavior strategies under supervisor guidance
+ Support students during classroom or afterschool activities
+ Assist with social-emotional skill building
+ Collect simple data on student progress
+ Maintain a safe, positive environment
