Manage front desk duties with a customer service mindset meeting realistic challenges and demands of a primary and secondary school setting.
Answer phone calls, attend to walk‑in visitors, take messages, respond to enquiries and provide general useful information in a dynamic environment where calls are volumous.
Maintain customer‑related information when required, e.g., phone log.
Communicate with teachers regarding parents’ feedback/messages from phone calls or walk‑in parents.
Handle daily varied demands and queries from parents, students, vendors, staff, etc.
Render first‑level assistance to walk‑in students’ needs including sick and injured students, and immediately escape the case to other colleagues in the office if it is beyond superficial cases.
Handle and support situations when students vomit or soiled their clothes.
Assist students in times of need, e.g., lost & found.
