Northern Nevada Oral Surgery is seeking a warm, organized, and detail-driven treatment Coordinator to be the welcoming face and steady hand of our oral surgery practice. If you love helping people feel calm and cared for during a procedure that can be nerve-wracking, and you thrive on keeping a busy front office running smoothly, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
Greet patients and create a calm, reassuring first impression from check-in to checkout
Coordinate surgical scheduling, pre-op instructions, and post-op follow-ups
Verify insurance benefits, explain treatment costs, and set up payment plans
Communicate with referring dentists and specialists to keep treatment plans on track
Manage patient records and ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation
