Key Responsiblities

• Assist the Billing Team with maintaining a digital database of patient's records and activity within the hospital.
• Scan physical documents, files and records into digital formats.
• Ensure scanned charts are filed and organized appropriately for easy access.
• Verify accuracy of scanned documents by cross-referencing with originals, ensuring all dates are accounted for.
• Generate reports for the billing department.
• Assist with chart tracking and interdepartmental communication.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
