            Supervise scaffolding erection modification and dismantling activities at offshore sites. 
Ensure all scaffolding work meets ADNOC standards  project specifications and international safety regulations. 
Conduct risk assessments inspections and safety briefings (Toolbox Talks) before commencing work. 
Manage scaffolding teams ensuring proper allocation of manpower and adherence to safety protocols. 
Inspect scaffolding structures to verify stability load capacity and compliance with work permits. 
Coordinate with construction maintenance and HSE teams to ensure scaffolding supports operational needs. 
Maintain accurate records of scaffolding activities materials used and permits issued. 
Train and mentor scaffolders on best practices hazard identification and offshore safety measures. 
Participate in audits incident investigations and corrective action implementation.
