Responsibilities

• Complete all 2D/3D design with AutoCAD software.
• Coordinate seal of engineered drawings with in‑house/third‑party engineers.
• Establish estimating and budgeting for upcoming potential scaffolding work.
• Prepare complete bid packages for review before sending them to potential customers.
• Maintain and organize files related to ongoing projects (internal filing system).
• Produce accurate material take‑offs and labor quotes.
• Help streamline the division’s operations where possible.
• Prepare design and construction drawings in the scaffolding field.
• Participate in client meetings (online/in‑person) when needed.
• Grow and maintain strong relationships with trade partners, consultants, and clients.
