PURPOSE
The Medical Lead is a leadership role of Medical Affairs, Pfizer Korea. It is a senior role in the business that provides medical leadership and leads a team of highly qualified, medical affairs personnel looking after the field medical engagement through customer facing colleagues (Medical Affairs Scientists) and in-house support of the designated disease/therapeutic area business through more office based medical colleagues (Medical Managers).Leading a team of medical scientists ready to be partners in the deepest and fastest transformation in a generation of the healthcare ecosystem driven by technology and AI, by bringing deep therapeutic expertise and the credibility to engage as trusted peers to clinicians, payers, policy-makers and tech enterprises and generating value and impact to systems already augmented by AI from insight generation to evidence strategy to education.SCOPE
