Job Description

• Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies for the company considering strategic and operational goals.
• Conduct periodic updates or briefings to both the Board and Management on changes to the business risk landscape and on the company's risks and results of risk management plans.

Sustainability

Responsible for the review and implementation of the company’s sustainability framework. Shall likewise lead and oversee the following:

• Monitoring of sustainability goals per stakeholder
• Monitoring regulatory requirements and standards for sustainability reporting
• Monitoring/assessment of materiality of disclosure topics and related data/information
