About The Assembly Soup Kitchen (T.A.S.K)

The Assembly Soup Kitchen (T.A.S.K) is an independent, all‑volunteer organization serving the homeless and hungry mainly in the Klang Valley. Our soup kitchens occur every Saturday where volunteers cook, pack, and distribute food to homes, the streets, and those in need.

Volunteer Responsibilities

• Assist in cooking, packing, and distributing soup each Saturday.
• Help plan and coordinate neighborhood activities or family events.
• Provide a warm welcome to guests and ensure smooth operations.
• For HOH volunteers: conduct free classes at one of the refugee community schools (SAEM).

Volunteer Eligibility & Qualifications

We welcome volunteers from the community, especially retirees, students, and anyone looking to contribute to a meaningful cause. No prior experience required. HOH volunteers should have a basic teaching or mentoring background for the schoo...
