Role

Provide RF and electrical system design, performance analysis, implementation, and testing in support of MDA Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) or Telecommunication satellites, covering Telemetry, Command and Ranging, Bus Power & Thermal, and Attitude Control Systems.

Tasks

• Expertise on Telecommand and Ranging (TCR), Control and Data Handling (CD&H), Bus Thermal Control (TCS), Attitude and Navigation Control Systems (ADCS), satellite power subsystems, propulsion subsystems, and architecture design.
• Support or lead payload or platform design activities.
• Collaborate with the platform team and partner suppliers, possibly traveling to MDA partner facilities outside Canada.
