Role & responsibilities - Install and align satellite dishes and cable TV connections at customer premises
- Set up and configure IPTV services, including routers and set-top boxes
- Lay and terminate coaxial and Ethernet cables
- Operate and maintain cable TV and IP headend systems, including encoders, multiplexers, IRDs, modulators, and IPTV platforms
- Monitor RF and IP signal quality to ensure seamless service delivery
- Perform routine testing, calibration, and preventive maintenance of headend equipment
- Troubleshoot issues related to signal loss, interference, and network connectivity
- Maintain logs, documentation, and inventory of headend/lab equipment
- Coordinate with engineering and network teams for issue resolution and system upgrades
