Job Description This role is based with Satair in Asia, focusing on onsite support for warehouse operations.
Responsibilities - Implement and support SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM) across the region.
- Support automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS) including AutoStore solutions.
- Serve as a liaison and connector between regional teams and SAP Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure system stability and effective issue resolution.
- Provide SME expertise in inbound and outbound logistics processes, warehouse monitoring, and resource management within SAP EWM.
- Contribute to integration with other SAP modules and manage daily support of the Application Management Services (AMS) partner’s deliveries.
- Act as project lead for SAP EWM application‑related projects, including Autostore implementations and coordination with IT teams and AMS partner.
