The role supports your colleagues with IT Incidents and Service Requests, drives and coordinates Major Incidents to ensure timely resolution, assists the Infrastructure & Operations team, manages equipment procurement and asset management, ensures IAM activities, captures and shares knowledge through written articles, and works closely with various Service Desks within the organization of Airbus.
