Provide functional support for SAP Finance (FI) modules including: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting.
Support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end financial closing activities.
Handle incidents, service requests, and minor enhancements in line with SLA commitments.
Assist in SAP FI configuration, testing, and documentation activities.
Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and provide effective SAP solutions.
