Ability to guide more junior colleagues
Deep diving into more complex and client-specific topics to build a stable solution
Deep knowledge of SAP SD and/or MM
Knowledge on the ins & outs of logistics processes
Being able to communicate with different levels (up- & downstream)
Hands-on mentality
Knowledge of BPMN is a big plus
Flexibility in time & space
Interest & experience for automation is a big plus
