PRIMARY JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for the end-to-end administration and support of SAP S/4HANA systems, ensuring high availability, optimal performance. The role encompasses managing day-to-day SAP BASIS operations, including system upgrades, configuration, monitoring, performance optimization, and troubleshooting, while ensuring compliance with organizational standards, governance, and SAP best practices.
KEY POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES
Perform all activities related to technical maintenance and administration of SAP S/4 HANA and related environments.Proactively monitor the SAP landscape, report system metrics, and perform performance tuning when required.Execute installations, upgrades, support pack implementations, kernel upgrades, security patching, and add-on installations.Manage Change Management processes including Transport Management System (TMS) administration.
