            Responsibilities Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP QM processes with a specific focus on Audit Management and MES integration. 
Understand and map Aerospace & Defense‑specific quality and compliance requirements into SAP S/4HANA. 
Implement and support end‑to‑end QM processes such as audit planning, execution, CAPA, inspection lots, notifications, and non‑conformance management. 
Integrate SAP QM with SAP MES (Manufacturing Execution System) for real‑time quality control and shop floor visibility. 
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (PP, MM, SD, EHS, PM) and external vendors to ensure cohesive solutions. 
Manage key project lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, fit‑gap analysis, configuration, testing, SIT, UAT, cutover, and post‑go‑live support. 
Ensure documentation standards are met: functional specifications, test scripts, training guides, and SOPs.
