Position: SAP HCM Consultant, Specialist – Spanish Payroll. Location: Spain.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with Case Controllers and the IT CAM to deliver IT services across the assigned account, maintaining an integrated view of systems within the assigned functional scope.
• Analyze client business processes using SAP HCM and euHReka expertise, as well as country‑specific payroll and HR legislation, to optimize service delivery.
• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Provide effort, resource, and skills estimations for project activities and customer requests.
• Define and design business processes, solution architecture, and functional prototypes based on customer requirements.
