Responsibilities:
Technical Consultation and User Support: Collaborate with business teams to identify application requirements, define technical specifications, and provide consulting support for operational issues. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving user issues, ensuring smooth application functionality and efficient workflows Training and Knowledge Transfer: Provide training to users, conduct user testing, and support continuous improvement through detailed feedback and process optimization. Support knowledge transfer initiatives to ensure end-users are well-equipped to use the application effectively Application Implementation and Project Management: Independently lead and manage small projects and rollouts for applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements. Support larger projects as required, ensuring adherence to the established scope and project goals
