Support the regional Center of Processes and Applications (COPA) with a team of IT experts across Finance/Controlling (FI/CO), Customer Service (CS), Customer Projects (CP), and Supply Chain Logistics (SCL).
Serve as the lead for the Customer Service (CS) stream.
Assist in developing and implementing the COPA strategy for Southeast Asia and Oceania.
Support the alignment and enablement of global initiatives in consideration of regional requirements.
Facilitate the rollout of global solutions across the region, including the Small Entity Template (SET).Support regional ITP projects and initiatives.
Contribute to talent development and capability building across the region.
Ensure regional processes and tools are aligned with and enabled by global templates.
Facilitate the localization of IT applications to meet regional requirements.
