Job Description

• Leadership role – As a platinum level consultant in your module of expertise, provide leadership to Clients and to other consultants of the same module; facilitate complex issues resolution that arise during implementations; develop ideas for content re‑usability in your area of expertise to enable implementation efforts to be reduced for new clients; help to mentor other consultants in your module area of expertise;
• Consultant Management (desired ability, but optional) – Manage a team of internal consultants in your module of expertise, helping to guide their career development as well as helping them achieve a good utilization balance;
• Quality Assurance – Provide QA oversight of solutions recommended by consultants reporting to you and helping them ensure completeness of their designs at Blueprint time and at various other key project miles...
