Define SAP Finance architecture and standards (GL, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Tax, Reporting)

Lead SAP FI solutions end-to-end (design, configuration, integration, enhancements)

Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements across EMEA

Drive process improvements and implement strong internal controls (SOX, audit readiness)

Partner closely with business stakeholders (Finance, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, Supply Chain)

Own and execute the SAP Finance roadmap, including global and regional rollouts

Improve user experience and ensure business value delivery

Monitor trends (AI, RPA, analytics) and introduce innovation

Lead and develop the SAP Finance team

Manage external vendors and delivery quality
