Day to day business support of SAP system processes – incident management, master data maintenance and critical period support (i.e. month end processing)
Perform analysis, design, build, test on business change requests, SAP related projects and/or enhancements
Provide support as required to ensure the functionality of SAP environments for both external and internal users
Ensure proper configuration management and change controls are implemented
Liaise with company Application Management Support vendor for SAP related issues
Provide technical assistance and cross training to other team members
Design and implement technology best practices, guidelines and repeatable processes
JOB REQUIREMENTS
