Job Description-

3+ years hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Payroll (ECP)

·Strong background in Australian payroll processes and statutory regulations.

·Full lifecycle implementation experience (at least 2 end‑to‑end projects).

·Proficiency in:

o SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll

o Payroll configuration (schemas, PCRs, wage types, infotypes)

o SAP HR/Payroll (desirable)

o SAP CPI / integrations (advantage)

·Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

·Strong stakeholder engagement and communication background.
