15 years hands-on SAP ABAP development experience, including ABAP OO, debugging, and HANA-based performance optimization (code pushdown, SQL tuning, runtime improvement of custom programs). 3 years of Development lead experience including but not limited to:

Code reviews (System + Manual) Enforcing Clean core principles and SAP & Industry best practices Risk Assessment & mitigation (Technical and Business) Hands-on problem-solving during delivery
