This role partners with HR and IT to drive process improvements and manage the design, configuration, testing, and maintenance of SuccessFactors solutions across the region.

• Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Onboarding 2.0, RCM/RMK)
• Exposure to HRIS/ERP implementation or optimisation
• Knowledge of reporting tools (Story Reports / Power BI) preferred
• Experience with AI tools in Talent Acquisition is a plus
