Experienced in application maintenance delivery including incidents resolution, problem management, minor enhancements and service management processes
ITIL certification preferred
Adept in working and interfacing with client end users to address incidents as well as deliver enhancement requests
Developing and testing detailed functional / technical designs for business solution components
Driving test planning and execution (break-fix, enhancements and problem management delivery)
Degree or equivalent requirement with industry experience
Desire to work in an information systems environment
Excellent communication skills both in written and oral
