Our Sanitation Leader plays a critical role in making that happen — overseeing a team of Sanitation Specialists, enforcing food safety standards, and working alongside department leaders to keep every corner of the facility clean and compliant. This is a leadership role for someone who takes ownership, works independently, and holds their team to a high standard.

What You'll Do:

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of Sanitation Specialists to complete all nightly sanitation tasks safely and on time
• Audit sanitation activities throughout the facility and communicate any deficiencies
• Train team members on proper cleaning procedures, GMPs, and food safety standards
• Ensure all equipment is cleaned and sanitized on schedule
