**Job Description**

The Sand & Buff Technician prepares and finishes automotive surfaces by sanding, buffing, and detailing to achieve a high-gloss, mirror-like finish. This role works with hand and power tools, including angle grinders, to remove imperfections from painted and metal surfaces while supporting mechanical assembly tasks in a team-oriented production environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Sand automotive and related surfaces to remove imperfections and prepare them for finishing.
+ Buff painted and metal surfaces to achieve a high-gloss, mirror-like finish.
+ Use power tools such as angle grinders, drills, screw guns, and caulk guns safely and effectively.
