We’re hiring a SAN Storage Administrator to provide Level 1 support for our storage infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 support for SAN, NAS, and storage systems – handle incidents, changes, and problems as per ITSM standards.
• Help with disaster recovery and data backup processes to ensure smooth business operations.
• Work closely with Hitachi teams (Service Delivery Managers, Account Managers) and customers to deliver and implement storage solutions.
• Monitor storage performance and capacity; identify and address potential issues early.
• Administer Hitachi storage platforms or similar systems like Dell EMC, NetApp, or HPE.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate well with team members and clients.
