Sample Lab Compounder – 2nd Shift
Job Description
The Sample Lab Compounder on 2nd shift prepares and processes batches of powders and liquids by accurately measuring, mixing, and compounding raw materials in a food, flavor, and fragrance production environment. This role follows detailed batch instructions, adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and supports food safety by documenting work thoroughly and collaborating with a cross-functional team.
Responsibilities

+ Retrieve raw ingredients and verify their identity, weight, and contents before use.

+ Accurately measure ingredients using scales and other measuring devices according to batch instructions.

+ Mix and compound various ingredients, including liquids and powders, using homogenizing and spray dry methods.

+ Identify ingredients that require dilution, perform proper dilution, and record all raw material usage.
