            Job Responsibilities:  Coordinate and manage daily sample requests and production orders 
Receive and process requests for fragrance samples, oils, and raw materials 
Liaise with internal stakeholders including Customer Service, Sales, and Fragrance Development teams to ensure timely fulfilment of requests 
Create and manage production orders in SAP and related systems 
Support compounding, sampling, packing, and preparation of fragrance samples 
Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records in SAP 
Manage expired stocks and coordinate movement of samples and inventory 
Ensure smooth daily laboratory and production operations through proper planning and coordination 
Prepare inventory and operational reports as required 
Guide, train, and mentor production technicians, contract staff, and interns on work processes and best practices
