• Transportation planning & design, management and optimization of JIT routing of productive parts for Saltillo Van Assembly Plant, Saltillo South and North Engine Plants.
• Cost Management, focus to decrease inefficiency cost and develop Cost Saving Initiatives (CSI).
• IBT Standard and Off-standard cost tracking and improvement.
