Overview Ensures guest satisfaction by providing correctly plated, quality presentations of all food items coming off the cook line, and by supporting servers in the timely delivery of food items to the guest by performing the following duties. Responsibilities Garnish plates according to Landry's Restaurants, Inc. standards and recipes. Ensure orders are being prepared with the correct priority and organize plates and trays for pickup by servers. Assist in the final preparation of dishes. Check dishes before delivery for accuracy, presentation and temperature. Deliver orders to maintain fast service.
