We are looking for a results-driven Salon Manager cum Consultant to oversee daily operations and drive business growth across our beauty outlets.
1. Operations Management - Manage day-to-day salon operations
- Ensure smooth service flow and appointment scheduling
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and SOP standards
- Handle customer enquiries, bookings, and complaints
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
2. Sales & Performance - Achieve monthly sales targets
- Drive upselling of packages, add-ons, and promotions
- Monitor daily sales performance and staff productivity
- Improve conversion rate (walk-in → customer → package)
