Key Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end technical design and implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions
Design and implement real-time integrations using REST APIs between Salesforce, middleware, and downstream systems
Define data models, automation strategies (Flows, Apex), and system interactions for complex business processes
Ensure scalable and performant solutions for high-volume contact centre operations
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and external vendors to translate requirements into technical solutions
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews for development teams
Drive best practices around CI/CD, code quality, security, and governance
Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement robust monitoring and logging mechanisms
Participate in architecture reviews and contribute to enterprise-level design decisions
