Responsibilities
Develop Service Cloud features using Apex, LWC, Visualforce and SOQL.
Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.
Participate in incident bridges and resolve BAU issues.
Manage PBIs and IMRs and support end-to-end incident tracking.
Own deployments, CI/CD processes and sandbox management.
Perform code reviews and enforce platform standards.
Ensure platform security including MFA, IP control and API versioning.
Collaborate with product squads and contribute to platform improvements.
