We’re looking for a Salesforce Practice Lead who can combine people leadership, deep Salesforce expertise, and a passion for agentic AI to shape the next generation of our platforms. Internally, this role sits as a Chapter Lead , responsible for leading our Salesforce engineering capability, developing our people, and shaping our Salesforce and Agentforce strategy.

This hybrid role can be based out of our Gold Coast, Australia or Queenstown, New Zealand office. We are also open to considering exceptional candidates located in Auckland or Christchurch, New Zealand.
