About the Role

We are seeking a Salesforce Data Analyst to manage and analyze customer data within Salesforce while supporting sales and marketing initiatives. This role focuses on delivering actionable insights, maintaining data integrity, and improving CRM processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze Salesforce data to support business and sales decisions.
• Monitor customer trends and provide insights to improve customer engagement.
• Build reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.
• Ensure Salesforce data accuracy and completeness.
• Support customer segmentation and campaign analysis.
