Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have experience in Salesforce configuration and administration, strong problem‑solving abilities, and a passion for improving our Salesforce FSC platform. This role is crucial for ensuring the effective use of our Salesforce platform to meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, the position involves providing frontline support to end users of the system, addressing their queries and troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth operations.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Salesforce Configuration: Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, reports, dashboards, and workflows to meet business requirements.
• User Management: Create and manage users, roles, profiles, permissions, and other user‑related settings.
• Data Management: Perform data imports, exports, updates, and data cleansing activities. Ensure data integrity and consistency across the platform.
