            Provide administrative and documentary support to company'ssales representatives (Issue quotations, respond to customer general enquiries,product proposals, technical queries/support, timely order fulfilment, gatherfeedback/complaints) 
Maintain customer pricing control, reports, contracts, producttechnical drawing catalogues, technical specifications and certifications 
Work with sales representatives on product and technicalproposals to meet customer's requirements 
Process customer quotations, PO, Sales Order and other ad-hocsales and admin related duties 
Understanding product ranges and expanding revenue with new andexisting customers 
Actively share with management on customer feedbacks andrequirements
