Provide day-to-day administrative support for TCS activities (Warranty, Field Quality, and Technical), ensuring smooth coordination and timely follow-through of routine tasks.
Maintain and update monitoring files/trackers (e.g., claim status, payment summaries, incident/quality items, and other logs) and keep shared folders organized and audit ready.
Assist with documentation and clerical processing (encoding, filing, archiving, and routing of requests for checking/approval) following standard procedures.
Consolidate updates from dealers, internal teams, and partners; perform basic follow-ups and elevate pending issues to the assigned lead when needed.
Prepare regular status summaries/reports and simple presentations highlighting progress, pending items, and next steps.
