            Responsibilities  Monitor VAS KPI reports and oversee them on a daily basis. 
Coordinate invoices with B2B vendors. 
Handle telesales for multi‑products and services. 
Monitor SOP and TAT for Finance and Insurance leads. 
Follow up and track payments from partner banks. 
Listen to customers’ questions and concerns and provide accurate answers/responses. 
Record details of non‑Dubizzle customer contacts and actions taken. 
Perform additional telesales tasks for VAS products & services.
