The Sales Support Specialist supports the Lead‑to‑Order (L2O) process by executing and coordinating all sales‑related administrative and operational activities. The role acts as a key interface between Sales, customers, and internal stakeholders, with a strong focus on Salesforce (SFDC), data quality, process compliance, and efficient handling of pre‑order sales activities.
Responsibilities - Support the Lead‑to‑Order process through administrative handling of leads, opportunities, and cases in Salesforce (SFDC).
- Administer Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and prepare quotations in coordination with Sales Support Tender Management by coordinating and completing tender documentation.
