Provide support to the Managers/Executives in a timely and professional manner.Provide efficient and professional service to customers/business partners. 
Provide simple quotes and advice, and issue Cover Notes when necessary. 
Assist in services of accounts and reconciliation of Statement of Account. 
Assist with compilation of business reports and statistics when required. 
 
All underwriting documents must have full documentation and adequate information. 
Electronic scanning and indexing of all underwriting documents to PSD/BMS/GenLink. 
Checking, Printing, sorting and dispatch of the following documents to customers/ business partnersPolicy documents processed by PSD/BMS/GenLink 
Renewal Notices 
To check and ensure all renewals are taken up (Renewal Retention) 
 
Perform/Update P400 system on the followingManual Renewal Re-rate
