This role supports learner engagement and retention by building positive relationships with learners throughout their learning journey. You will be responsible for reaching out to learners who may be at risk of withdrawing, becoming unresponsive, or rescheduling their courses, with the objective of encouraging them to stay committed to their learning goals and successfully complete their courses. You will coordinate the schedule and course dates for B2B clients.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is empathetic, persuasive, and customer-focused, with the ability to motivate learners while understanding their concerns. You should be comfortable managing multiple learner cases, providing timely follow-ups, and working closely with internal teams to ensure learners receive the necessary support and a positive learning experience throughout their journey.
